1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and custom implementations, all payments made to Elvratech are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Subscription Services (if applicable)

If you are subscribed to a recurring service:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

  • Once a billing cycle has started, no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

  • Access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing period.

3. Custom Services & Projects

For custom dashboard development, data setup, or consulting services:

  • Refunds are not provided once work has commenced.

  • If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued minus any administrative or processing fees.

  • Any completed or partially completed work is non-refundable.

4. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error:

  • Please contact us at info@elvratech.net within 7 days of the transaction.

  • Verified duplicate or unauthorized charges will be refunded promptly.

5. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

  • Technical issues preventing access to the service

  • Billing errors confirmed by our team
